Now that December is here, colleges and universities are celebrating the holiday season with various performances, events and more. For instance, at Northwestern University (IL), they’re hosting a Shop Local BINGO, a Jazz Nutcracker, a Holiday Drive for low-income students and local residents, and more. West Texas A&M University is hosting a holiday storytelling event at a local honey farm to engage audiences of all ages, in addition to other events. On the campus of South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, the annual Holiday Parade of Trees is recognizing “The Tree of Giving” theme with various campus organizations raising supplies for 18 different charities throughout the city.
