Presenter Bio - Dr. Cathy Briggs

Dr. Cathy Briggs is currently the Dean of Student Success at Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) in New Jersey.

Dr. Cathy Briggs is the Dean of Student Success at Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC).  In her current role, she leads a team within the Enrollment Management and Student Success Division consisting of Academic Advising, Athletics, Transfer, Tutoring, Testing, Student Support and several student life programs and off site centers.  She also serves at the College’s Title IX Coordinator and the Program Director for the title III grant.

Dr. Briggs has significant experience as a leader and innovator within higher education.  She has built successful programs in student services, residence life, student life, and orientation programs at both two year and four institutions.  She earned her Masters of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Rowan University, NJ. She also completed her Doctorate in Education from Wilmington University in Organizational Leadership and Innovation.
