Build an Effective Bias Reporting System & Response Team – On-Demand Training

Overview
Understand Scope of Response, Collaborate Across Campus & Develop Training Resources

All students deserve the opportunity to learn and thrive on campus without being targeted for who they are. Building an effective and fully functioning Bias Response Team (BRT) can help to reduce hate and prejudice on campus by handling incident reports and supporting those who filed them, engaging those who were involved in the incident, and monitoring concerns in the campus climate to produce educational initiatives.

Gather your colleagues and hear how you can develop an effective Bias Reporting System and Team. You’ll be able to prepare your university for its creation, recruit stakeholders, determine the positionality of the team and ensure it is a cross-institutional resource, and develop training and marketing materials.

Develop a Bias Reporting System that upholds your campus vision so you can further your equity and inclusion efforts.

Registration: $399*
